5. Your menu content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your content (names, descriptions, prices, photos, logos and translations). You give us permission to host, display, translate-display and process it as needed to run the service for you, including showing it to your guests.
You are responsible for your content being accurate, lawful and up to date, including:
- prices, availability and sold-out status;
- allergen and dietary information, which must come from you and follow the rules that apply to your business. Orevyo never generates allergen information;
- translations you add or approve;
- having the rights to the photos and logos you upload.
Digital menus and translations do not replace speaking with guests about allergies. Guests are reminded to confirm serious allergies with your staff, and you should be ready to answer them.
